Overview
The Policy on Organizational Integrity of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Foundation and The Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku Foundation (the “Organizational Integrity Policy”) is a primary means by which The Ikoku Foundations holds and maintains its integrity as essential to its founding, formation, mission, and purposes, to its administration, governance, management, and operation, to its personnel, properties, and rights, as well as to their protections.
Therefore, persons engaged in any activity involving, referring to, relating to, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Foundations are expected to uphold the principles delineated below.
I — Your Integrity Agreements
— first, with respect to the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Foundations via the Organizational Integrity Policy, the Codes and Polices, and The Ikoku Foundations User Agreement and Code of Conduct, you understand and adhere to the following:
II — Your Integrity Understandings
— second, with respect to the Organizational Integrity Policy, you understand and adhere to the following:
III — Your Integrity Commitments
— third, given the aforementioned, your commitment to this understanding of organizational integrity of its principles, of its rights, and of its protections shall entail the following:
Further Agreement
— and furthermore, by engaging in any activity involving, referring to, relating to, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Foundations, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Foundations, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates, as well as any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the Products or Services, you accept and agree to the statements, terms, conditions, and requirements described in this section and in the Codes and Policies, regarding the Acceptable Use Policy of The Ikoku Foundations, in their entirety without modification, including as amended and updated from time to time by The Ikoku Foundations, and you further accept and agree to fully inform The Ikoku Foundations in writing of any knowledge you have regarding any activity subject to this Policy.

Along with the above principles, the Policy on Organizational Integrity requires your adherence to correlative principles delineated below.
A — Conditions for Integrity
Generally
— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that each and every natural and legal person engaging in activity involving, referring to, relating to, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Foundations legally agrees to and is legally committed to fostering and not breaching, diminishing, impeding, interfering with, or otherwise violating, in any way, any conditions for attaining, maintaining, planning for, securing, or otherwise engaging in activities for organizational integrity, including but not limited to the following conditions:
as to Access
— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that the conditions for its organizational integrity as it concerns access and the rights attendant to such integrity of access — including that providing for, securing, and otherwise pertaining to access by, of and to The Ikoku Foundations as executively authorized exclusively and only by the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — be actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, be fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and be neither diminished, interfered with, nor violated.
as to Acquisition and Finance
— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that the conditions for its organizational integrity as it concerns acquisition and finance and the rights attendant to such integrity of acquisition and finance — including that providing for, securing, and otherwise pertaining to acquisition and finance by, of and for The Ikoku Foundations as executively, exclusively and specifically approved only via express written instrument signed and sealed of the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — be actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, be fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and be neither diminished, interfered with, nor violated.
as to Activities
— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that the conditions for its organizational integrity as it concerns activities and the rights attendant to such integrity of activities — including that providing for, securing, and otherwise pertaining to activities by, of and for The Ikoku Foundations as executively authorized exclusively and only by the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — be actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, be fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and be neither diminished, interfered with, nor violated.

— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that the term “The Ikoku Foundations Administration” mean and include, but not be limited to, the following:

— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure the conditions for its organizational integrity as it concerns control and the rights attendant to such integrity of control — including that providing for, securing, and otherwise pertaining to administrative, managerial and other executive control of The Ikoku Foundations as executively, exclusively and specifically determined only via express written instrument signed and sealed of the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — be actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, be fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and be neither diminished, interfered with, nor violated.
as to Entity
— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure the conditions for its organizational integrity as it concerns entity form and function and the rights attendant to such integrity of entity — including that providing for, securing, and otherwise pertaining to entity nature, status as well as mission and purposes of The Ikoku Foundations as executively, exclusively and specifically determined only via express written instrument signed and sealed of the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — be actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, be fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and be neither diminished, interfered with, nor violated.
as to Non-Conferral
— that the conditions for organizational integrity with respect to non-conferral include but not be limited to:
B — Points, Processes
Generally
— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that each and every natural and legal person engaging in activity involving, referring to, relating to, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Foundations legally agrees to and is legally committed to fostering and not breaching, diminishing, impeding, interfering with, or otherwise violating, in any way, any processes for attaining, maintaining, planning for, securing, or otherwise conducting organizational integrity, including but not limited to processes as conducted via the following points of organizational integrity:
as Defined
— for the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, as fully defined in the Codes and Polices, including but not limited to the founding, formation, mission, and purposes of The Ikoku Foundations as delineated in formation and governance documents, as well as the activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Foundations, of The Ikoku Foundations Administration, of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and of the Products and Services.
as to Formation
— for the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, as fully defined in the Codes and Polices, as itself a single organizational entity — legally recognized as officially and doing business as The Ikoku Foundations — to be determined and formed only by express written instrument signed and sealed of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, with no other legal, legally binding, or otherwise legally recognizable alternatives, copies, doubles, duplicates, echoes, hidden parts or ports, shadows or other versions of the aforementioned that are not specifically authorized and supervised by the Founder.
as to Ownership
— for the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, as fully defined in the Codes and Polices, as itself under the sole ownership and being the sole property of exclusively and only the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, with no other legal, legally binding, or otherwise legally recognizable asset-, interests-, property-, share-, stake-, stock- or other holding or ownership of The Ikoku Foundations.
as to Governance
— for the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, as fully defined in the Codes and Polices, as itself under the sole executive governance, policy compliance, and oversight of exclusively and only the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, with no other legal, legally binding, or otherwise legally recognizable executive governance, policy compliance, oversight, or equivalent of The Ikoku Foundations.
as to Management
— for the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, as fully defined in the Codes and Polices, as itself under the sole executive administration, control, and management of exclusively and only the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, with no other legal, legally binding, or otherwise legally recognizable executive administration, control, decision-making, management, or equivalent of The Ikoku Foundations.
as to Operation
— for the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, as fully defined in the Codes and Polices, as itself under the sole executive development, evaluation, operation, provision, and review of exclusively and only the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, with no other legal, legally binding, or otherwise legally recognizable executive development, evaluation, operation, provision, review, or equivalent of The Ikoku Foundations.
as to Persons
— for the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, as fully defined in the Codes and Polices, as itself having official persons of The Ikoku Foundations, both legal and natural, who become and remain so only by express written instrument signed and sealed of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, with no other legal, legally binding, or otherwise legally recognizable official persons or their equivalent involving, referring to, relating to, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Foundations.
as to Properties
— for the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, as fully defined in the Codes and Polices, as itself being assets as well as real, intellectual and other properties of The Ikoku Foundations exclusively and solely owned by the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, with no other legal, legally binding, or otherwise legally recognizable acquisition, attribution, claim, or equivalent involving, referring to, relating to, or otherwise pertaining to such or associated assets, properties, proprietary rights, or equivalent of The Ikoku Foundations.
as to Protections
— for the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, as fully defined in the Codes and Polices, as itself under the sole executive protection, risk, safety and security activities and measures — particularly those pertaining to confidentiality, privacy, property, and, rights — of exclusively and only the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, with no other legal, legally binding, or otherwise legally recognizable executive protection, risk, safety and security activities and measures, or equivalent of The Ikoku Foundations.
as to Rights
— for the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, as fully defined in the Codes and Polices, as itself an entity employing protection, risk, safety and security activities and measures to attain, maintain, and safeguard freedoms, liberties, and rights of The Ikoku Foundations, of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and of those persons legally contracted, employed, or otherwise engaged only via express written instrument signed and sealed of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, with no other legal, legally binding, or otherwise legally recognizable accordance, acquisition, attribution, or other claim involving, referring to, relating to, or otherwise pertaining to such or associated freedoms, liberties, rights, or equivalent, except where applicable law or regulation mandates.
as to Separations
— for the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, as fully defined in the Codes and Polices, as itself an entity employing protection, risk, safety and security activities and measures to attain, maintain, and safeguard the distinction and separation of the activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Foundations — particularly that which constitutes The Ikoku Foundations Administration and ensures indemnification and limited liability for The Ikoku Foundations and its official persons — from that which is demarcated, operated or otherwise understood as public and personal.
as Determined by Founder
— all of the aforementioned as the sole Founder of The Ikoku Grantor Charitable Trusts, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, deems and determines appropriate and solely controls.
C — Persons and Contracts
Persons and Workers
— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that each and every official person of The Ikoku Foundations be executively, exclusively and specifically authorized, approved and managed only via express written instrument signed and sealed of the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
Official Persons Contracts
— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that each and every official person of The Ikoku Foundations have and sign a written contract, that such contract clearly convey the specific activities, capacities, duties, nature, roles, and responsibilities as well as terms and conditions of appointment, arrangement, employment, engagement, relationship, work, and equivalent in a language understood by each signatory, and that the described appointment, arrangement, employment, engagement, relationship, work, and equivalent commence only after said contract is signed and consented to by each said signatory.
Other Persons Contracts
— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that each and every paid and unpaid official person providing continuous or occasional services to The Ikoku Foundations — including but not limited to care, consulting, education, research, technology, training, writing, or other equivalent services — also have and sign a written contract and that such contract clearly convey the specific activities, capacities, duties, nature, roles, and responsibilities as well as terms and conditions of arrangement, employment, engagement, relationship, services, work, and equivalent in a language understood by each signatory, and that the arrangement, employment, engagement, relationship, services, work, and equivalent commence only after said contract is signed and consented to by each said signatory.
Confidentiality and Privacy Agreement
— that, to further protect its organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that each and every person under the above-described contract or equivalent legal instrument also sign a written and notarized confidentiality and privacy agreement (the “Confidentiality and Privacy Agreement”) meeting all of the following specifications:

— that, to further protect its organizational integrity of The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that each and every person under the above-described contract or equivalent legal instrument also sign a written and Organizational Integrity agreement (the “Organizational Integrity Agreement”) meeting all of the following specifications:
Sole Approval, Agreements, Contracts
— that The Ikoku Foundations require and ensure that any and all agreements, contracts, and equivalent legal instruments be authorized, reviewed and approved solely by express written instrument signed and sealed of the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.

Provision
As stated earlier, The Ikoku Foundations User Agreement and Code of Conduct consist of several Codes and Policies that collectively govern all of your activity with, within, for, in reference to and otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Foundations.
