Conditions

Overview

The Policy on Independence and Integrity delineates the conditions, principles, and protections for The Ikoku Foundations’s organizational independence and integrity, which are integral to the Agreement you enter into whenever — and wherever — you commence or continue any conduct or service relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to The Ikoku Foundations. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

I — Your Policy Agreements

— first, with respect to the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Policy: Name, Nature
that the name of this Policy is the “Policy on Independence and Integrity of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Foundation and The Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku Foundation” (the “Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy,” the “Organizational Independence Policy,” and the “Organizational Integrity Policy”) and that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the policy on organizational independence and integrity of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Foundation and The Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku Foundation.
ii. Policy: Composition
that the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for organizational independence and integrity in the Codes and Policies of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Foundation and The Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku Foundation (the “Codes and Policies” and the “Policies”) and The Ikoku Foundations Conduct and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below.
iii. Policy: Agreement
that you understand the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Foundations.
iv. Policy: Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy.
v. Policy: Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy.
vi. Policy: Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Foundations.
vii. Policy: Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
viii. Policy: Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
ix. Policy: Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.

II — Your Policy Understandings

— second, with respect to your understandings of the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:

i. Understanding: Independence, Integrity
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational independence and integrity as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
ii. Understanding: Independence, Integrity Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational independence and integrity conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
iii. Understanding: Independence, Integrity Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational independence and integrity definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
iv. Understanding: Independence, Integrity Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational independence and integrity practices as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
v. Understanding: Independence, Integrity Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational independence and integrity principles as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you.
vi. Understanding: Independence, Integrity Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational independence and integrity processes as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
vii. Understanding: Independence, Integrity Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational independence and integrity rights as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you.
viii. Understanding: Independence, Integrity Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational independence and integrity safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
ix. Understanding: Independence, Integrity Violations
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational independence and integrity breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.

III — Your Policy Commitments

— third, with respect to your commitments to the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Commitment: Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Foundations that you commence or continue — including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates — and that any such conduct or service is free of any incompatibility with The Ikoku Foundations or violation of the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, or applicable law or regulation.
ii. Commitment: Independence, Integrity
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Foundations the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational independence and integrity, including as provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
iii. Commitment: Independence, Integrity Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Foundations the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational independence and integrity conditions, including as provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
iv. Commitment: Independence, Integrity Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Foundations the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational independence and integrity definitions, including as provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
v. Commitment: Independence, Integrity Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Foundations the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational independence and integrity principles, including as provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
vi. Commitment: Independence, Integrity Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Foundations the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational independence and integrity processes, including as provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
vii. Commitment: Independence, Integrity Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Foundations the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational independence and integrity rights, including as provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
viii. Commitment: Independence, Integrity Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Foundations the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational independence and integrity safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
ix. Commitment: Your Duty, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the above commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to organizational independence and integrity; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling The Ikoku Foundations’s own duties pertaining to organizational independence and integrity, organizational independence and integrity conditions, organizational independence and integrity definitions, organizational independence and integrity principles, organizational independence and integrity processes, organizational independence and integrity rights, and organizational independence and integrity safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
x. Commitment: Your Duty, Protections
that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Organizational Independence and Integrity Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce organizational independence and integrity protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in organizational independence and integrity that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.

Principles

Provision

The Policy on Independence and Integrity requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative conditions and principles delineated below.

A — On Independence

Conditions of Independence

— With respect to conditions for independence, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Conditions, Independence
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for independence, which depend on the independent nature of The Ikoku Foundations — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Foundations Administration — as an independent corporation partnership and organization and as entities and persons of independent administration.
ii. Conditions, Independence: Administration
that the independent administration of The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration and the rights attendant to such independence — as conducted solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iii. Conditions, Independence: Areas
that the independent administration of the official areas of The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration and the rights attendant to such independence — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the independence of its official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iv. Conditions, Independence: Founder
that the independence of The Ikoku Foundations’s Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and the rights attendant to such independence — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the independence of the Founder, his activities, administration, conduct and service, as executed solely by the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
v. Conditions, Independence: Ownership
that the independent ownership of The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration and the rights attendant to such independence — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the independent interests-, share-, stake- and stock-holding, ownership, and equivalent of The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration, solely and wholly by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vi. Conditions, Independence: Practices
that the independent practices of The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration and the rights attendant to such independence — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to practices for ensuring the independence of The Ikoku Foundations, The Ikoku Foundations Administration, its official entities, persons, the Founder, and its conduct and service, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vii. Conditions, Independence: Remedying
that the independent remedying of actual, anticipated or apparent infringement relating to The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration and the rights attendant to such independence — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the independent remedying of any infringement or equivalent of the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation, at the absolute, complete and sole discretion of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.

Duties of Independence

— With respect to duties of independence, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Duty, Independence: Activity
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the independent administration of any official act or activity of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ii. Duty, Independence: Agent
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the independent administration of any official agent or party of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iii. Duty, Independence: Arrangement
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the independent administration of any official arrangement of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iv. Duty, Independence: Conduct, Service
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the independent administration of any official conduct or service of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
v. Duty, Independence: Entity, Organization
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the independence of The Ikoku Foundations — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Foundations Administration — as an independent corporation partnership and organization and as entities and persons of independent administration.
vi. Duty, Independence: Expectation
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to heed and not infringe, in any way, any expectation of independence — such as in the functions and settings of administration or equivalent — by The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
vii. Duty, Independence: Material
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the independent administration of any official material of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
viii. Duty, Independence: Matter
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the independent administration of any official matter of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ix. Duty, Independence: Procedure
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the independent administration of any official procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
x. Duty, Independence: Relation
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the independent administration of any official relation or relationship — to an entity, office, or person — of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
xi. Duty, Independence: Request
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to head and not infringe, in any way, a request for independence — such as in the functions and settings of administration or equivalent — by The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
xii. Duty, Independence: Reporting
that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned duties is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of independence, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights to Independence

— With respect to rights to independence, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Rights, Independence: Applicable Law
that you and The Ikoku Foundations do not infringe, in any way, the rights to independence accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
ii. Rights, Independence: Civil, Fundamental
that you and The Ikoku Foundations do not infringe, in any way, the rights to independence accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Rights, Independence: Entity, Organization
that you and The Ikoku Foundations do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded rights to independence of The Ikoku Foundations — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Foundations Administration — as an independent corporation partnership and organization and as entities and persons of independent administration.
iv. Rights, Independence: Human, Being
that you and The Ikoku Foundations do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded and absolute rights to independence of a human’s inner being, body, and brain, as well as inner self, soul, and spirit.
v. Rights, Independence: Human, Mind
that you and The Ikoku Foundations do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded and absolute rights to independence of a human’s mind, including its activities, decisions, and operations.
vi. Rights, Independence: Human, Self
that you and The Ikoku Foundations do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded and absolute rights to independence of a human’s activities with the self — in physical or virtual solitude, in silence or in voice, written or otherwise recorded, for the self’s purposes.

Safeguards of Independence

— With respect to safeguards of independence, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Safeguards, Independence: Activity
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to safeguard the independent administration of any official act or activity of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ii. Safeguards, Independence: Agent
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to safeguard the independent administration of any official agent or party of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iii. Safeguards, Independence: Arrangement
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to safeguard the independent administration of any official arrangement of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iv. Safeguards, Independence: Conduct, Service
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to safeguard the independent administration of any official conduct or service of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
v. Safeguards, Independence: Entity, Organization
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to safeguard the independence of The Ikoku Foundations — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Foundations Administration — as an independent corporation partnership and organization and as entities and persons of independent administration.
vi. Safeguards, Independence: Expectation
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to fulfill and safeguard an expectation of independence by The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
vii. Safeguards, Independence: Material
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to safeguard the independent administration of any official material of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
viii. Safeguards, Independence: Matter
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to safeguard the independent administration of any official matter of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ix. Safeguards, Independence: Procedure
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to safeguard the independent administration of any official procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
x. Safeguards, Independence: Relation
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to safeguard the independent administration of any official relation or relationship — to an entity, office, or person — of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
xi. Safeguards, Independence: Request
that you heed and do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to fulfill and safeguard a request for independence by The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
xii. Safeguards, Independence: Rights
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Foundations to fulfill and safeguard the aforementioned and other rights to independence, including but not limited to those provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation.
xiii. Safeguards, Independence: Reporting
that your primary means of respecting the aforementioned safeguards is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of independence, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

B — On Integrity

Conditions of Integrity

— With respect to conditions for integrity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Conditions, Integrity
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for integrity, which depend on the internally intact nature of The Ikoku Foundations — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Foundations Administration — as an internally intact corporation partnership and organization and as entities and persons of internally intact administration.
ii. Conditions, Integrity: Administration
that the internally intact administration of The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration and the rights attendant to such integrity — as conducted solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iii. Conditions, Integrity: Areas
that the internally intact administration of the official areas of The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration and the rights attendant to such integrity — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the integrity of its official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iv. Conditions, Integrity: Founder
that the integrity of The Ikoku Foundations’s Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and the rights attendant to such integrity — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the integrity of the Founder, his activities, administration, conduct and service, as executed solely by the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
v. Conditions, Integrity: Ownership
that the internally intact ownership of The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration and the rights attendant to such integrity — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the internally intact interests-, share-, stake- and stock-holding, ownership, and equivalent of The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration, solely and wholly by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vi. Conditions, Integrity: Practices
that the internally intact practices of The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration and the rights attendant to such integrity — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to practices for ensuring the integrity of The Ikoku Foundations, The Ikoku Foundations Administration, its official entities, persons, the Founder, and its conduct and service, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vii. Conditions, Integrity: Remedying
that the internally intact remedying of actual, anticipated or apparent infringement relating to The Ikoku Foundations and The Ikoku Foundations Administration and the rights attendant to such integrity — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the internally intact remedying of any infringement or equivalent of the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation, at the absolute, complete and sole discretion of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.

Duties of Integrity

— With respect to duties of integrity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Duty, Integrity: Activity
that you and The Ikoku Foundations have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the internally intact administration of any official act or activity of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ii. Duty, Integrity: Agent

expediency that advocates a reduction in expectations and protections of, or any provisions and requirements for, independence or integrity.

that you and The Ikoku Foundations do not treat any aspect of The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, or their conduct or service — including any act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter — as accessible or equivalent or not independently, intactly and internally administered solely by the Founder, in any way, unless the Founder has provided and not revoked his authorization that such aspect is to be administered in coordination with another specified person or equivalent, and where such authorization is provided and unrevoked, the Founder explicitly, expressly and specifically states the terms for coordinated administration or equivalent delineated below.
iii-a. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Activity
the ethical, lawful and specific aspect, conduct, or service — including any activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter — relating to The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder to be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-b. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Aim
the ethical, lawful and specific aim, goal, objective, or purpose of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-c. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Benefits
the ethical, lawful and specific benefits to The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, and any other person concerned, of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-d. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Costs
the ethical, lawful and specific costs to The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder, and any other person concerned, of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-e. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Duration
the ethical, lawful and specific duration – and time considerations or implications – for having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-f. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Manner
the ethical, lawful and specific manner, means, method, or mode for having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-g. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Materials
the ethical, lawful and specific categories or types of materials involved in having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-h. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Matters
the ethical, lawful and specific categories or types of matters involved in having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-i. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Persons
the ethical, lawful and specific categories or types of persons involved in having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.

the ethical, lawful and specific risks to The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder and any other person concerned — including but not limited to harms and their effect, extent, likelihood, remedy — of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-k. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Safeguards
the ethical, lawful and specific safeguards — of benefits and against risks to The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder and any other person concerned — of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-l. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Status
the ethical, lawful and specific procedures of keeping The Ikoku Foundations or the Founder informed of the administrative status of the above aspect, conduct, or service.
iii-m. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Voluntary
the ethical, lawful and specific means by which the Founder shall voluntarily give, maintain, or revoke such authorization for the above aspect, conduct, or service to be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iv. Confirmed via Processes
all of the above as confirmed – even repeated, where appropriate – via processes conducted by The Ikoku Foundations, via the Founder’s authorization, and not to be substituted by processes conducted by other persons.
